About us
Built on Craft, Driven by Reputation
Ever Peak Roofing has been protecting homes across South East England for over 20 years. We're a family business — and we treat every roof like it's our own.
Our story
Two Decades of Roofing Done Right
Ever Peak Roofing was founded in 2004 by Frank Eastwood, a roofer with a simple belief: that every homeowner deserves honest advice, quality materials, and work they can trust to last.
What started as a one-man operation in Guildford has grown into a team of 12 skilled roofers covering Surrey, Hampshire, Kent, and West Sussex — but the values haven't changed.
We don't use subcontractors. Every job is carried out by our own trained team, which means consistent quality and a single point of accountability from first call to final inspection.
What we stand for
Our Values
Honest Advice
We tell you what your roof actually needs — not what earns us the most. If a repair will do, we'll say so.
Quality Materials
We only use products from trusted UK suppliers. No cheap imports, no cutting corners on felt, battens, or fixings.
Our Own Team
Every job is carried out by Ever Peak employees — never subcontractors. You get the same standard every time.
Tidy & Respectful
We treat your home with care. We clear up at the end of every day and leave your property as we found it.
